DyO Medicinal Elixir, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DyO Medicinal Elixir is the early harvest olive oil of DyO Estate, the first oil of the season made from unripe, green olives (late September–October). It is an extra virgin olive oil with a vivid green color, a bitter–spicy flavor, and the aroma of fresh olives. It features very low acidity and an exceptionally high concentration of polyphenols, oleocanthal, and oleacin.
